It comprises of 40 week heartfelt narrations which capture the conceptual andphysiological changes taking place to the baby and mother-to-be creatively interwoven into weekly affirmations, meditations and Yoga practices which reflect them. Beautiful, soft and colourful photographs accompany the yoga practice helping to guide the reader through a series of safe and appropriate yoga asanas, according to their level of flexibility and pregnancy trimester.
As a certified Yoga instructor and a mother to three young children I was inspired to write this book, whilst pregnant with my third child, afterbeing unable to find a book which drew all the elements of meditation,affirmation and yoga into a practice which connected me with my growing baby and enhanced my experience of the pregnancy.
