Restless legs - try a green juice.

Towards the end of my second trimester of my pregnancy with my third daughter - I suffered with 'restless leg syndrome'. It seemed that as soon as I wanted to rest - my legs didn't, I would toss and turn unable to settle as my legs ached and were constantly in a state of unrest. It was suggested I upped my magnesium in my diet as it has natural muscle relaxant properties,. So I made myself a raw green juice full of rich dark, green leafy vegetables everyday, through-out my pregnancy and within 2 days my aching, restless legs - rested.

* A large handful of raw Kale.
* Several florets of raw broccoli
* A large handful of raw Bok Choy or Spinach
* A green apple ( to help add a little sweetness)
* A couple of cucumbers ( to help add a little sweetness)
Wash, slice and juice together.
Use organic, seasonable vegetables and fruit where possible and be sure to wash them all thoroughly before use.

Connect with Your Unborn Child..is 'What to expect when you're expecting meets Prenatal Yoga'.
It comprises of 40 week heartfelt narrations which capture the conceptual andphysiological changes taking place to the baby and mother-to-be creatively interwoven into weekly affirmations, meditations and Yoga practices which reflect them. Beautiful, soft and colourful photographs accompany the yoga practice helping to guide the reader through a series of safe and appropriate yoga asanas, according to their level of flexibility and pregnancy trimester.
As a certified Yoga instructor and a mother to three young children I was inspired to write this book, whilst pregnant with my third child, afterbeing unable to find a book which drew all the elements of meditation, affirmation and yoga into a practice which connected me with my growing baby and enhanced my experience of the pregnancy.

Connect with your unborn child through mind, body and breath is a loving guide to support yoga teachers, yoga students and those exploring and enjoying the joys of prenatal yoga.
